Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Peña Madridista Bangladesh website, services, or becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or apply for membership.
Membership Terms
Eligibility
- Must be a genuine Real Madrid fan
- Eligibility may vary by membership plan, including plan-specific age limits where applicable
- Must provide accurate and complete information
- Must be a Bangladeshi national (membership is open to Bangladeshi nationals regardless of current country of residence; a Bangladeshi address is required for membership registration)
Member Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful conduct at all PMBD events and activities
- Pay membership fees and other charges on time
- Keep membership information up to date
- Follow PMBD community guidelines and code of conduct
- Respect intellectual property rights
Membership Benefits
- Access to exclusive PMBD events and activities
- Official PMBD membership card and certificates
- Access to partner discounts as an official member benefit
- Priority booking for limited-capacity events
- Access to member-only content and resources
- Networking opportunities with fellow Madridistas
Payment Terms
Membership Fees
- Membership pricing and duration vary by selected plan and are shown at checkout
- Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances
- Fee structures may change with 30 days advance notice
- Failed payments may result in membership suspension
Event and Merchandise Payments
- Event registrations and product orders may require payment confirmation before final activation/fulfillment
- Payments may be processed via supported gateways or manual verification methods available on the platform
- Refunds for events may be available up to 48 hours before the event
- All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified
Code of Conduct
All members must adhere to our code of conduct:

PMBD Content
All content on the PMBD website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by PMBD or licensed to us. You may not:

- Use PMBD logos or branding for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our content
User-Generated Content
By submitting content (photos, comments, posts), you grant PMBD a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute your content for PMBD purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where processing requires your consent, we will ask for it explicitly — general use of our services does not constitute consent to data processing.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates without prior notice.
Event Changes
PMBD reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, etc.). We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
PMBD's liability is limited to the amount paid for membership fees. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Membership Termination
Voluntary Termination
Members may terminate their membership at any time by contacting us. Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Involuntary Termination
We may terminate membership for:
- Violation of these terms or code of conduct
- Non-payment of fees
- Providing false information
- Behavior that harms PMBD's reputation or other members
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
