A Legacy in the Making

Founded in June 2011 by Anik Dev and a small circle of friends, Peña Madridista Bangladesh began as a Facebook group to unite Bangladeshi Madridistas scattered across general football forums. It has since grown into a nationwide family of over 5,000 Madridistas.
Our first in-person meetups came in 2012 — Captains World in January, then Boomers Cafe that June — years of grassroots gatherings before any official status. By 2014, we were hosting nationwide screenings for the historic La Décima, and Real Madrid Foundation coaches themselves ran football clinics in Chittagong, training Bangladeshi players hands-on.
On December 26, 2019, we etched our names in history by becoming the first and only officially recognized Real Madrid supporters' club in Bangladesh.
That recognition opened doors: a dedicated feature from Managing Madrid, coverage from Spain's La Galerna, and two invitations to meet club president Florentino Pérez in person in Jeddah — where we presented him with a hand-stitched Bengali nakshi kantha bearing the Real Madrid crest. Real Madrid C.F.'s own Facebook page has featured the moment directly.
Since 2023, we've secured 110 official match tickets across 34 fixtures for our members — Bernabéu nights, away Champions League legs, Supercopa finals in Jeddah, and two seats at the 2024 Champions League Final in Wembley. A supporter in Bangladesh is far from Madrid, but being part of this family closes that distance.
